Hey let's go take a walk in the park!

With everything going on today we can most certainly go with our families and/or friends....less than 10 people though! So, let's wander through a lovely park, have a picnic lunch, play on the slide, catch frogs by the pond, and act like monkeys on the monkey bars! Those are all the components of the kit this month! You can find how to order on the Subscription page! And don't forget to enter the Rafflecopter.

Hello all!

Thanks for joining us for the hop today! Here are the cards I created using the sketches provided this month. I’ll also include my sneak peek card at the end as well as the line up so you don’t miss anyone!

Hello Cardmakers! I hope you are doing well this morning. This month’s theme is all about encouragement. How about taking one of the words in the acronym above and making it your word for the coming month? My word is going to be motivation! Motivation to send out at least 3 cards a week to encourage someone. The design team and guest designers this month have created some absolutely fabulous designs with the card kit contents. Hop on through and take a look. One person I know who encourages people each and every day is Courtney Kreeber, she has helped design components of this month’s kit. Her group Handmade Happiness over on Facebook is all about encouraging each other. Who have you encouraged today? Check out this wonderful card kit centered around encouragement over on the Scrapping for Lesswebsite. Also check out the SFL blog post and make sure to enter the Rafflecopter.

Hello!
Welcome to Cardmaking Blonde, I am so excited to be sharing May's Flavor of the Month card kit with you in this hop this month. I have chosen the word Opportunity. I am looking for the opportunity to reach out and encourage friends, family, and even strangers whenever it arises.

Below I am going to show a pic of the sketch and then the card I made following that sketch:

Let's Celebrate!!!

Hello fellow crafters!
So glad you are joining us for this celebration of Pattercrafts hitting 500 SUBSCRIBERS!
Congratulations Christine, this is an exciting milestone to hit for your channel! If you are new to Pattercrafts just click on the name to go to her YouTube channel. There is going to be a $50 gift code giveaway from Scrapping For Less! The winner will be announced on the Scrapping For Less channel on May 23rd.

Here are a couple of cards I came up with for this Celebration Hop:

This card was created using MFT's stamp Sending Sweet Celebration Wishes. Stamped the images in Gina K Designs amalgam ink, colored with Copic markers. Patterned paper is from an Echo Park pad out of my stash as are the sequins.

This little guy didn't make it onto the first card but I just couldn't bear to leave him out. The sketch I followed for this card is a sheet load sketch from Call Me Crafty Al. The sentiment is a die from MFT stamps.

Thank you so much for joining in for this hop! Below you will find the lineup so you don't miss anyone.

April 2020 Flavor of the Month Card Kit Reveal

 City Streets and Country Roads!
I am a country/small town girl at heart but oh those city streets and the hustle and bustle of a city is very exciting! Which do you prefer? This month's theme is a little bit travel themed and a little bit hometown themed. Join the Design Team as they share inspiration for all these wonderful collections. Make sure to stop by the website and either purchase a one time kit or sign up for a subscription. Also, please enter the rafflecopter for a chance to win a prize. *Disclaimer: I know most of you are Staying Safe at home...please know this theme was planned way before all this happened.

Hi Crafty Friends! I am so glad you are here today hopping your way through April 2020's Flavor of the Month Card Kit. Here are the cards I created with the card kit. Come back throughout the next month for even more inspiration using this card kit.

This guy is from Collection One: Super Host using sketch Mojo Monday 248. Added Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the stars, his suit and his cape.

This woman on the go is from Collection Two: Your Best Life using sketch MFTWSC203 It has a bit of monochromatic look going for it from the papers chosen but I really wanted to give her the look of movement and I thought the patterns and the flags would achieve that.

Watercolored this scene from Collection Three: Country Roads. The sentiment  is from the stencil which is included with the Banana Split Card Kit.

This lil' gal is from Collection Four: Howdy, Partner using the Verve Stamps sketch. So much fun paper in this collection !

This is a bonus card made using cardstock in Sno Cone for the card base, the camera die, and word die (also in the Banana Split version of the card kit). Used Starch rain as the base and color blended the following distress oxide inks to create the background behind the camera: Fired Brick, Ripe Persimmon, and Dried Marigold used a square stitched die to frame up the camera image. *Please note the 'beautiful' word die is from a previous Flavor of the Month Card Kit.

Here's the lineup so you don't miss a thing!

Happy Good Friday!

I am so glad you are here! Make sure to also check out Fresh and Renewed to see what Teresa has in store for you today.

Here are the last of my Doodlebug & Echo Park Easter cards these are going to a Senior Living Center so they can send cards to their loved ones if they would like to.

All the cards above have Happy Easter stamped inside them, I forgot to take a picture of them and they have already been sent off. These cards turned out so cute I wish I could see the recipient's faces but oh well c├ęst la vie.
